Fabrication Time + Shipping:

My current fabrication time is 14 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays excluded (business days are not consecutive calendar days). 

Shipping within the US costs a flat $3.50 for orders under $75 (orders over $75 ship for free). Shipping costs for locations outside of the US vary from $9-$17. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with a tracking number.

Cancellations + Size Changes:

Cancellations and requests to change the size must be sent within 4 hours of the sale. Otherwise, I will have already started working on and packaging the order. I am a single maker, there is no team behind Metal Lotus.
