Payment Policy: 

I will not begin working on your order until I receive payment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. Payment for custom orders is expected upfront prior to beginning the project. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Policy: 

Please expect to wait 7 business days (M-F) prior to your item shipping, unless a different fabrication time frame is stated in the listing. I strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but quality of workmanship is very important to me!

Your item will be shipped first class using USPS in a small gift box, and I include a tracking # for all US purchases. 

International Buyers: You are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties and taxes for your country.

Before completing checkout, please ensure your mailing address is correct. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.

Piercing Jewelry Return Policy: 

For the safety of all my customers, returns and exchanges on body jewelry are not accepted. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. I only sell completely brand-new, unworn pieces.

I want you to love your new jewelry just as much as I love making it, so please get in touch and ask all questions about sizing prior to purchasing if you are unsure what size will fit you.

If you purchase the wrong size, I am happy to provide you with a 15% off coupon if you would like to order a new hoop or stud in the correct size. 

  • Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival - include both the broken item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you - please allow up to the standard fabrication time (7 business days, Mon-Fri) for a replacement to be made and shipped out. 
  • Undelivered Packages: If your item is non-deliverable and marked return to sender I will attempt to contact you immediately after I receive it back so that we can discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable - if a refund is decided upon I will refund the cost of the item only. Alternatively, I would be happy to resend the package using an updated, correct address after receiving payment for the additional shipping costs.
