Should your item(s) arrive broken or damaged in any way, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival - include both the item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you - please allow up to the standard handling time (7 business days, M-F) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
For the safety of all my customers, returns and exchanges on body jewelry are not accepted. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. I only sell completely brand-new, unworn pieces.
